In addition to our compassionate staff, the Charles Ford Retirement Communities of New Harmony Board of Directors serve to continue the mission of Charles Ford and make decisions in support of our culture.

The Board provides strategic direction to management and receives input directly from residents. The Board, residents and staff work collaboratively to ensure the Charles Ford Retirement Communities of New Harmony retains its position as a leader in the field of aging and as a desirable place for present and future residents to live.
